I’m in a hollowed-out, three-wheeled, 11 foot-9-inch metal cigar, all 1,550 pounds of me blasting back from Salt Lake City to Provo through the mountains, the weather disagreeably cloudy and November-cold. My teeth are chattering despite my wool cap, heavy gloves, hoodie and jean jacket, and my goggles are just about completely steamed up. There is an interior heat button to my left, but right now I don’t remember it exists.
